If
you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, Awesome Guides,
Inc. will provide an exchange or refund for products returned within 30
days. The customer is responsible for return shipping and
handling. All products must be in new, unused condition and in it's
original packaging to receive a full refund.
We
recommend that you use UPS standard delivery, Fed Ex ground or USPS
insured for return delivery.
Customer
Service will provide you with specific instructions when you call for a
return authorization number. This number must be visible on all
correspondence regarding your return.
Awesome
Guides, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny refunds based on the
following circumstances:

All
products must be resellable to other clients. Examples of
nonrefundable products include, but are not limited to, those products
that are obsolete, out of print, or those that are not returned in a
timely manner.

The
product must be returned to our offices in it's original condition.

Our
shipping and handling costs, the original shipping and handling costs, and
restocking fees are deducted from the original price.
All
orders excluding science fair display boards are shipped via US Postal
Service, 2-3 day priority delivery. 2 day and overnight
delivery is also available for an additional charge. 2-3 day
priority shipping is an average shipping time. Certain zip codes,
rural areas and locations not near major airports, etc, may take longer to
deliver. AGI is not responsible for these delays in shipment and
will not provide a refund solely based upon delays in shipment by the US
Postal Service.

Services
Your deposit holds your space and
is 100% refundable until the pre-trip meeting. After the pre-trip
meeting your deposit is nonrefundable. All remaining payments are
refundable according to the following schedule:

Cancellations
60 days prior to
date of departure - Loss of your deposit. 75% of the remaining trip cost will
be refunded.

Cancellations
30 days prior to
date of departure - Loss of your deposit. 50% of the remaining trip cost will
be refunded.

Cancellations
15 days prior to
date of departure - Loss of your deposit. 25% of the remaining trip cost will
be refunded.

Cancellations
of less than 15
days prior to date of departure - Loss of your deposit. No refund.
If a paid in full replacement is
secured for your spot, then you will receive a full refund.
The amount of the deposit will
vary depending on the program you are participating in and will be available
at the time of sign up. Refunds will not be made for inclement weather,
illness, medical conditions, rough seas, flight cancellations, or any other
situation beyond our control. We will make every effort to reschedule
any missed programs within a reasonable amount of time. Re-instruction
will be provided at no additional cost, however some other fees may be
applicable (equipment rental, boat fees, pool fees, park entrance fees, etc.).
