7.  Do you send out review copies of your products?

To get more information about many of our products quickly and efficiently, we have preview copies online for you to review.  If you do purchase one of our products for review and then order a classroom set (25 or more) you will receive a refund of your initial single purchase.

8.  How long will it take to receive my merchandise after I place my order?

After we receive your order, all in stock products are shipped within 24 hours.  Depending on the shipping method you select, you can expect delivery between 1 and 5 business days.   Bulk orders (25 or more) are shipped via USPS priority mail (2-3 delivery).

YES, reweaving needles are available with the purchase of "The Ultimate Guide to Reweaving" manual and may be purchased separately in sizes #2-12.  In addition, we also offer magnifying headgear for working with fine fabrics.

Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders depending on the quantity ordered.  Please check the individual products for the discounted rates if available.  You may also telephone us to speak with a customer service representative who will be able to calculate the discounted rate for your bulk order.  Our lines tend to be very busy during regular business hours.  Please leave a detailed message and someone will return your call shortly, usually within the same business day.

15. On the Virtual Field Trip CD-ROMs, where do I find the student worksheet?

The student worksheet is located on the CD-ROM itself in a folder titled "Worksheet".  After inserting the CD-ROM into your computer, double click on the CD icon to find 4 folders labeled:  "PC Users", "Mac Users", "User's Guide", and "Worksheet".  Open the Worksheet folder to find an Adobe PDF file.

After opening the Worksheet Adobe PDF file, you can print directly from the printer icon on the menu bar.  In some systems, you may also chose FILE from the menu bar, and select the Print option.

The CD-ROM virtual field trip series runs best with either: 

• Windows 95 or higher, 32 megabytes or random access memory (RAM) or higher, 200 megahertz or higher processor and 4x CD-ROM or faster.

• Macintosh system 7.0 or higher, 8 megabytes of random access memory (RAM) or higher, 160 megahertz or higher processor and 8x CD-ROM or faster.

19. What is included with the CD-ROM virtual field trips?

The CD-ROM virtual field trips come with operating instructions, a user's guide, a student worksheet and a slide presentation.  The VFT series is in a lecture style format and takes students on a simulated field trip to a designated site.  The slides have lecture notes, photographs, diagrams and in some cases movies.
